RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is 30 days. Any products authorized for return must be received within 30 days of purchase. Radiators must be returned with proof of purchase, shipping and insurance prepaid to our facility by the customer. PLEASE KEEP YOUR BOX FOR RETURN & WARRANTY PURPOSES, if box is not kept, a box fee will be issued per our discretion. All returns must have an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number to be accepted. PIease call us at 256-399-9925 to attain it. We do not accept returns on any used or installed radiators.

IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH OUR PRODUCT OR PERCEIVE A DIFFERENCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION - STOP AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR RADIATOR AND MAKE SURE ALL PURCHASED CONTENTS IN THE BOX ARE FREE FROM DAMAGE AND ARE WITHIN THE BOX. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS AFTER 30 DAYS. IF THE RADIATOR IS NOT RETURNED IN BRAND NEW OR UN-USED CONDITION, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A 25% RESTOCKING FEE OR REFUSE RETURN.

CANCELLATIONS

In-stock orders can be canceled if the item has not shipped. In-stock orders that have shipped, will be subject to our return policy. All canceled orders will be responsible for any applied fees.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the radiator. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, with 5 business days.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom drawn radiator orders require a custom order form to be completed and signed by the consumer. Johnsons requires full payment before a custom order will be released to manufacturing. Custom orders are non-cancellable once the order is released to manufacturing. Non-refundable and non-returnable.

BECAUSE WE CANNOT CONTROL HOW CARS ARE BUILT, THERE ARE MANY VARIABLES FROM 1917-1950’s THAT MAY AFFECT THE FITMENT OF OUR RADIATORS IN YOUR VEHICLE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK ALL FACTORS THAT MAY INTERFERE WITH FITMENT ON YOUR VEHICLE. EXAMPLES: FAN LOCATION (IF RUNNING STOCK FAN), GRILL SHELL (MODIFIED IN ANY WAY), THICKNESS OF OUR CORE (2.75 INCHES), CHASSIS SET UP, CUSTOM BRACKETS OR ANY UNFORSEEN MODIFICATIONS YOU MAY HAVE APPLIED TO YOUR VEHICLE. AGAIN -IF THE RADIATOR IS NOT RETURNED IN BRAND NEW OR UN-USED CONDITION, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A 25% RESTOCKING FEE OR REFUSE RETURN.
