Our biggest questions - Why choose JRW? And why copper/brass? To start, copper has a 40% MORE thermal cooling efficiency over aluminum. Paired with a proprietary serpentine fin design we use with over 600,000 louvers in each radiator. This eliminates air boundary build up inside the core.

 

Vehicles from the 1930’s have up to 40% less core size than today’s cars/trucks. Majority of todays cars/trucks are equipped with 400-500hp, AC condensers, and are daily driven demanding a resilient cooling system - and that’s where we come into play.

SUPERIOR STRENGTH

Early cars are dependent on the radiator holding up the entire front end essentially acting like the core support. Later model radiators have become bigger and heavier, which very commonly cause fatigue, flex, and stress cracks. Our heavy gauge galvanized steel brackets help eliminate that chance of cracking or leaking, providing years of trouble-free driving, unlike the aluminum market.
